About the opportunity
Engage your excel capability and reporting skills to advance business to support decision-making for internal and external customers. Emphasis is on rebate processes, ongoing management of rebates, business analysis, and reporting
 
Duties
  • Maintain the integrity of suppliers’ rebate claims and customer incentive rebates
  • Produce professional reports for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate special pricing, product, and other critical data sets
  • Work with Senior Data Analyst on various projects to improve business profitability
  • Create new, and enhance current processes to support business evolution
  • Maintain supplier claim back reports and ensure accurate claims are made promptly
  • Maintain supplier pricing claim back templates
  • Record the details of special pricing arrangements and coordinate pricing upload with the Pricing Specialist and Account Manager
  • Ensure correct Rebate payment to customers - validation of rebate, customer report preparation, and recording of invoice payments
  • Create and maintain sales analysis and dashboards for internal and external users
 
Skills and Experience
  • Experienced within the rebates space and business reporting
  • Intermediate Excel Skills (V-lookup/Pivot Tables). Ability to use VB Macro is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen for analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to confidently work autonomously
  • Draws satisfaction from accurate task completion
  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
