About the opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to assist the Customer Operations and Commercial Operations Teams with the management of databases in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Enter new data into Salesforce databases
  • Maintain and update existing data
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with additional admin duties when required

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High organisation and multi-tasking ability
  • Good communication skills
