About the opportunity
In your assignment, you will be reporting to the Custoemr Service Manager and supporting the Customer Service team. You will be working in a fast paced environment, where your responsibilities include receiving and sorting mail, inputting custoemr data, processing orders and liaising with Service & Repair.
Duties
Receiving and sorting of mail
Inputting data including serial numbers and batch codes into the system, liaising with Service & Repair
Processing orders from EDI into ERP system
Sending and receiving emails if necessary
Skills and Experience
Computer literate with experience with Internal processing systems
Strong communications skills and high attention to detail
Order processing experience
