About the company Our client is the largest Medical, Consumable and Pharmaceutical product distributor in Australasia. They manage an extensive portfolio of local and international products, and have a major influence on the Australian healthcare landscape.
About the opportunity Assist a strong, hard-working customer service team with processing orders in SAP. Be the extra hands and ears the customer service team will need to assist them through their busy period of flu season. There may be phone responsibilities when the volume is high, however this will be an overflow of the customer service team.
Duties
Process orders in SAP with an excellent eye for detail and efficiency, within cut off times.
Assist customer service team with any necessary data entry and administration required.
Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders where necessary.
Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required.
Reporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teams.
Skills and Experience
Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation is valued.
SAP knowledge and experience necessary.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with customers when necessary.
Ability to problem solve.
