About the Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing orders, and supporting various key functions of the business.
Duties
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, discrepancies and complaints
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, liaising with suppliers
- Log, process and invoice repair requests
- Provide support to internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Warehouse
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and requests
- Customer service experience in Medical Devices, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Strong IT skills and systems knowledge
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Excelent attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
