About the opportunity 
Be part of a strong, motivated, and driven customer service team. You will work closely with the team to process orders and solve customer enquiries. Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction of a market leading range of pharmaceuticals to medical professionals.  
 
Duties  

• Provide a high level of Customer Service  
• Order fulfillment 
• Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders  
• Problem solving and investigating issues  
• Support sales representatives 
• Reporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teams 
• Build and maintain relationships with customers 

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Customer Service in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or FMCG  
• Tech savvy - proficient in ERP systems
• Previous experience in order processing or call centre environment 
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability  
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong ability to problem solve
