Working alongside the Customer Service team, you will be solely taking a high volume of inbound calls from wholesale customers and the direct public regarding a product recall. Following a script, you will educate callers on product information and how to proceed with recall information.
Having a keen eye for detail, you will input customer information into a database for reference, and if needed, refer customer to health care professionals in case of emergency.

- Answer phone calls in record time
- Follow a script to educate customers on the recall procedure
- Accurately input customer data in Excel
- Engage with customers and report enquires and adverse reactions
- Impart product knowledge
- Skills and Experience
- Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Empathy and patience for customers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
