About the opportunity 
A newly created role within the Customer Service team you will be representing the company to their B2B and B2C customers.
You will be responsible for processing orders from customers and internal sales teams using EDI & SAP with a very high attention to detail. You will be regularly using SharePoint, Outlook & Excel to input data and communicate with cross-functional teams as well as 3PL. So, excellent written and verbal communication is necessary.
Since you will be communicating regularly with customers via the phone, a high level of empathy and the ability to pivot to changing demands will naturally be a part of the role.
 
Duties  

• Answer phone calls and emails  
• Liaise with cross-functional teams  
• Maintaining relationships with B2B and B2C customers
• Process orders for all business customers
• Engage with customers and report enquires and adverse reactions 
• Impart product knowledge 
• Process credit claims and returns 

Skills and Experience 

• Strong Customer Service experience
• Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience necessary  
• SAP experience is essential  
• Salesforce and EDI experience ideal
• Strong understanding of Microsoft suite ( especially Excel, SharePoint & Outlook)
• High attention to detail 
• High level empathy
• Ability to pivot when necessary
• Ability to problem solve 
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
