Provide a high level of Customer Service in the Hospitals team
Order fulfillment using SAP
Assist with management of loan kits & consignment
Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders
Support field personnel
Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
Skills and Experience
Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation
Experience with Loan Kits & Consignment Stock
SAP knowledge and experience
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Excel experience desirable
Culture Fantastic team leadership, with low turnover in staff. A well regarded company in the Medical Device industry, this opportunity will provide plenty of industry experience.
