Duties
Your daily duties would include:
- Raising cases and processing orders
- Talking direct to medical professionals
- Maintain communication across manufacturing, inventory sales and customer service
- Talking direct to patients when required, being the first point of contact
Skills and Experience
- At least two year in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical and Medical industry or out of industry order processing experience with a Science Degree
- Audiologist experience is high desirable
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate with experience with Internal processing systems
