In your new customer service role you will report directly to the customer service manager, working as part of a team of larger team in NSW. Responsibilities
Your daily duties would include:
- Data entry and processing order
- Maintaining relationships with doctors and hospitals
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders via email and telephone
Skills and Experience
- At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role
- Experience in Healthcare /FMCG preferred but not essential
- Science Graduate with Call centre experience
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate with experience with ERP systems
- SAP experience advantageous
- Fast and accurate data entry
