About the opportunity

In your new customer service role you will report directly to the customer service manager, working as part of a team of larger team in NSW. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. In your new Customer Service job you will be talking direct to surgeons and hospitals, processing orders for critcal patient products. You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.



Responsibilities

Your daily duties would include:

  • Data entry and processing order
  • Maintaining relationships with doctors and hospitals
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders via email and telephone


Skills and Experience

  • At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role 
  • Experience in Healthcare /FMCG preferred but not essential
  • Science Graduate with Call centre experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience with ERP systems
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Fast and accurate data entry
