About the opportunity
In an environment, with fast turn around, you will be processing orders to provide medical devices to hospitals and wholesalers. You will be responsible for receiving, processing and recording customer orders. Low call volume environment, high customer service skills are required to deal with customer inquiries and problems.


Duties
Your daily duties would include:
  • Data entry and processing order
  • Back-order management, credits and returns 
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and 3PL 

Skills and Experience
  • At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare , Medical or FMCG industry - call centre experience is also considered
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience with ERP systems
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Ability to multi task and manage workload
