About the company

About the opportunity

In this role, you be responsible for delivering a high level of coordination support to in home customer support programs including the development of rosters, staff supervision and the resolution of day-to-day operational matters.

Duties

  • Leadership and people management including, but not limited too rostering, induction and training
  • Developing and facilitating regular training
  • Monitor client needs in an ongoing manner, making adjustments to support as needed
  • Develop and assess support plans and programs
  • Monitor and maintain service level agreements
  • Stakeholder management

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in aged care or disability sector is a must have
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Relevant qualifications (management, community services etc)
