About the opportunity
Become the point of contact for customer support, problem solving and enquires. Providing support to a market leading range of innovative medical devices to a unique customer base. Ability to problem solve and work cohesively with internal stakeholders, service technicians and perform duties outside their scope. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and be given opportunities to grow and advance your career.
 
Duties
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing quality service.
  • Coordinate Field Service Engineers to organise visits to hospitals and clinics, providing on the ground technical and physical support for Ophthalmic products.
  • Managing customer expectations and resolution to problems with a positive attitude and in a timely manner.
  • Utilise various communication methods in a timely manner- telephone & email.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments within the business.
  • Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
  • Update and maintain Service Level agreements with customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell service agreements

 
 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation.
  • Experience working with SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
  • Experience providing technical knowledge are valuable.
  • Excellent communication skills are imperative to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
