About the opportunity
Become the point of contact for customer support, problem solving and enquires. Providing support to a market leading range of innovative medical devices to a unique customer base. Ability to problem solve and work cohesively with internal stakeholders, service technicians and perform duties outside their scope. Duties

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing quality service.
• Coordinate Field Service Engineers to organise visits to hospitals and clinics, providing on the ground technical and physical support for Ophthalmic products.
• Managing customer expectations and resolution to problems with a positive attitude and in a timely manner.
• Utilise various communication methods in a timely manner- telephone & email.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments within the business.
• Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
• Update and maintain Service Level agreements with customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell service agreements

 
 
Skills and Experience

• Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation.
• Experience working with SAP is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience providing technical knowledge are valuable.
• Excellent communication skills are imperative to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
