About the company:
This well-established, global Healthcare leader has varied product portfolios, positively impacting their health of our Companion & Livestock animals.
Due to their impressive growth and success across the ANZ market, they are now expanding their operations in Australia with this newly created headcount.
The Role: In this newly created role, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for the Sales & Marketing teams and their relevant CRM requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Train Sales & Marketing team on Salesforce.com/Veeva capabilities
Develop & implement CRM automations
Provide Salesforce Effectiveness insights
Highlight CRM capabilities for Sales & Marketing teams
Partner extensively with internal/external stakeholders
Support & increase adoption of CRM/platform usage by Sales team
Skills and Experience:
Superior Salesforce.com/Veeva expertise
Proven Sales Analytics capabilities adv.
Passion for partnering with key stakeholders
Desire to learn & expand skillset
Passion for developing efficiencies & automations
Proven SFE analytics capabilities
Exposure to Digital Marketing adv.
Previous experience training Sales teams on CRM adv.
Team player mentality
Advanced communications skills
