The Role: Reporting to the Divisional lead, you will be instrumental in driving the organisations technology & Digital journey forward. Overall you will be instrumental in improving the CX function of the business (along side your team members). As the Salesforce subject matter expert, you will partner tightly with the Marketing & Sales teams across the different business units and act as the internal consultant, enhancing & accelerating the organisations’ Digital & Omni-channel journey. Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with Marketing teams, integrating efficacious Digital strategies into their overall brand plans
Support & train Sales teams to use CRM effectively
Coach Commercial teams on system capabilities
Devise ‘best practise’ processes
Devise, deploy & manage impactful Digital & Omni-channel campaigns
Act as conduit between local Commercial teams & Global Technical teams
Manage Digital projects end to end
Conduct ROI & post campaign analysis
Your skills & background
3 years Digital Marketing experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Displayed Salesforce front end user expertise
Proven ability to develop impactful Digital campaigns
Superior project management capabilities
Passion & aptitude for improving customer experiences
Superior stakeholder engagement capabilities
Passion for improving processes & efficiencies
Solid analytics capabilities
Can-do attitude
Strong influencing & communication skills
