The Role:

As Country Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility combined with full ownership of all Commercial activities. You will also lead a high performing team of over 35 across ANZ to achieve even greater success. Ultimately, you will ensure sustainable growth of the business across the region. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop & implement profitable commercial plans
• Enable long term, sustainable revenue growth through the investment in strategic initiatives
• Ensure commercial functions maximise commercial opportunities
• Develop & maintain relationships with key local & internal stakeholders
• Drive strategic direction of the regional business
• Take ownership of regional P&L

Your Skills & Background:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences field. MBA advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership experience in Life Sciences/Molecular Diagnostics industry
• Proven ability to to develop & deliver successful business growth strategies
• Superior people management capabilities
• Proven ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
• Previous experience managing P&L essential
• Superior communication & business partnering skills
