About the Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to join a corporate front-of-house team where exceptional service, professionalism and presentation are paramount. Working across both part-time you’ll manage the reception area and provide high-level support to internal stakeholders, clients, and external visitors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide a premium front-desk experience for all visitors and callers
Manage calendars, meeting room bookings, and appointment scheduling
Liaise professionally with internal teams and senior executives
Assist with corporate correspondence, document handling, and general administration
Maintain a well-presented reception space and uphold confidentiality at all times
You Will Bring:
Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a corporate, medical, or professional services environment
Exceptional communication skills and a strong client-service mindset
Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner
Strong administrative and tech skills (including Microsoft Office)
The ability to manage competing demands calmly and professionally
