Our client is a leading Australian advisory firm offering commercial and strategic advice to hospitals and health-related projects to public and private sector clients. With over 90 advised hospitals across Australia, they influence the development of models of care and the way that innovation and technology can assist.

About the opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Finance, as Corporate Finance Manager you will be responsible for providing expert commercial and financial advice and developing business cases. You will be joining a growing team and will engage with internal and external stakeholders to expand existing markets, working closely with a team of consultants. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the business and the healthcare industry.

Duties

• Extensive client engagement & consultation, identifying opportunities to expand markets, clients and offerings

• Coordinate and manage client workshops

• Manage project scope, investment objectives and due diligence

• Conduct financial analysis and assess procurement options

• Develop financial models and analyse findings, generating client reports/presentations aligned with project requirements and commercial structures.

• Prepare documententation for workshops, present results, and develop business cases

Skills and Experience

• Excellent financial modelling skills

• Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Healthcare

• CFA qualification highly regarded

• Exceptional business/commercial acumen

• Highly analytical and keen problem solver

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presenting skills

• Prior experience in healthcare preferred
