About the opportunity 
This is a temporary opportunity for 2-3 months. You will be pivotal in providing administration support to the Contracts & Tenders specialist. Working closely with the sales, pricing and legal teams to ensure pricing, tenders and contract documentation is accurately coordinated.
 
Duties  
  • Review tenders and contracts, extracting relevant clauses
  • Cross-check pricing in excel
  • Analyse and review reports and documentation ensuring accuracy
  • Create shared folders and coordinate/organise documententation
  • Liaise with and collaborate with sales team and other stakeholders
  • Support the legal and pricing teams with reporting and ad-hoc projects

Skills and Experience 
  • Intermediate-advanced excel skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal with various stakeholders
  • Previous experience supporting multiple teams
  • Proficient at cross-checking large amounts of data
  • High attention to detail and exceptionally organised
  • Experience with tenders & contracts highly desirable
