About the opportunity This is a temporary opportunity for 2-3 months. You will be pivotal in providing administration support to the Contracts & Tenders specialist. Working closely with the sales, pricing and legal teams to ensure pricing, tenders and contract documentation is accurately coordinated.
Duties
Review tenders and contracts, extracting relevant clauses
Cross-check pricing in excel
Analyse and review reports and documentation ensuring accuracy
Create shared folders and coordinate/organise documententation
Liaise with and collaborate with sales team and other stakeholders
Support the legal and pricing teams with reporting and ad-hoc projects
Skills and Experience
Intermediate-advanced excel skills
Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal with various stakeholders
Previous experience supporting multiple teams
Proficient at cross-checking large amounts of data
High attention to detail and exceptionally organised
Experience with tenders & contracts highly desirable
