About the opportunity

Reporting to our Head of People & Culture, the role of the Contracts / HR Administrator is pivotal in supporting our business through the management of contracting and candidate onboarding. This role is responsible for supporting candidates and clients through their contracting journey. This includes ensuring all candidates are compliant and credentialed before beginning a contracting assignment, generating accurate contracts for both the candidate and client, guiding the candidate and client through onboarding, managing compliance throughout the assignment and servicing any queries candidates and clients may have throughout the assignment.

Duties

  • Employment contract creation and management
  • Coordinate and check all candidate compliance prior to assignment start
  • Management of candidate and client onboarding
  • Client and Contractor employee engagement through face to face, phone and digital channels
  • Managing compliance and audit processes to ensure accuracy of all candidate and client contracting documentation; statutory and workplace compliance; and database integrity
  • Accurately maintain a database of contractors
  • Support payroll process
  • Assist with HR admin tasks


Skills and Experience

  • Healthcare and/ or recruitment industry experience
  • Proven experience in contracts, compliance and onboarding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, engaging with candidates and clients and providing solutions to improve customer experience
  • Agile and flexible approach to new systems and processes
  • Degree qualified
