The Company:

Due to internal promotion, they are seeking a motivated & hungry Contract Specialist to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Team Leader you will drive the bid management process for the allocated territory. Ultimately, you will assist in Sales growth across the Public & private hospital sector.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage pre-tender planning, tender responses and price revisions
• Update tender tender & contract databases
• Oversee tender calendar
• Review, process & submit hospital tenders
• Assist in determining the pricing strategy
• Liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders
• Conduct ad-hoc market research activities

Your Skills & Background:

• Proven tenders/contract experience ideally in private/public healthcare system
• Superior project management capabilities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Science related)
• Sound understanding of tender/contract management processes
• Superior relationship building capabilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skill; high attention to detail
• Superior communication skills
• Salesforce.com experience advantageous
