About the opportunity The Compensation, Benefits & Operations Specilaist will be responsible for managing compensation and employee benefit programs. This role will partner closely with leadership to design the company's HR strategy, and has ownership of systems and processes. In your new role you will work as part of a HR Team, the successful candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in compensation & benefits.
Key Duties
Partner with key stakeholders on market reviews, bench-marking, and other C&B activities
Own the Employee Benefits Program
Lead employee education and communications for Compensation & Benefits programs
Lead HR Operations activities including as the affiliate SME for WorkDay
Own internal & external HR-related survey submissions
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
5+ years of experience in HR supporting at least operations and C&B
Knowledge and general understanding of HR policies and legislation
Strong analytical, prioritisation, collaboration and execution skills
