About the opportunity You will monitor all social media & communication platforms. Ensure communication for this company's products on those channels are captured, addressed, and solved in a timely and effective manner. Drive a positive consumer experience and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Monitor all social media platforms and be the point of contact for consumers interaction & feedback
Manage & provide responses consumer enquiries
Partner with the global consumer relations team based in APAC with regard to local consumer behaviour
Identify trends, passing insights along to the relevant stakeholders
Partner with the Marketing team, keeping them up to date with the online community
Work closely with legal, regulatory affairs and R&D on any approvals, queries etc
Help drive a positive consumer experience and increase brand awareness
About you
Customer service, consumer insights or consumer relations experience
Experience managing social media communities and marketing campaigns
Analytically minded & comfortable working with data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
