About the company

About the opportunity

A 6 month contract reporting to a knowledgeable leader in the industry. Responsible for supporting digital, external and internal communication functions of the business. You will be writing content, helping to ensure digital communication channels are optimised and assisting with increasing internal and external engagement.

Duties

  • Social media content development and community management
  • Traditional and social media reporting, monitoring
  • Internal communications materials drafting
  • Internal event management
  • Other ad hoc communications work and projects

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in communications agency, social media and/or events management experience. Ideally previous experience in Healthcare industry- Pharmaceutical preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public policy, politics, law, economics, and/or public health (or a related field).
  • Strong ability to write content.
  • Some Video editing experience preferred or desire to learn.
  • Experience in managing mid to large projects.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work with urgency. A self starter with strong business acumen.
