About the company

This global health care brand is well known in their field of expertise. The focus is now on expanding their footprint across the ANZ market and they are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join their team.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the ANZ lead, you will build Salesforce effectiveness capabilities, lead change management functions, oversee pricing analytics & rebate programs, oversee sales incentive programs, collaborate with divisional leaders to create a superior training regime and promote process improvement & best practice. You will partner with Supply Chain on forecasting and manage relationships with external channel partners.

Skills and Experience

  • Healthcare industry experience essential.

  • Medical Devices experience advantageous.

  • Demonstrated commercial & financial acumen

  • Demonstrated pricing analytics experience

  • Proven SFE analytics capabilities

  • Proven understanding of B2B & go to market strategies

  • Superior business partnering capabilities

  • Superior organisational skills

  • People management experience advantageous

  • Passion for process improvement & the promotion of best practise

  • Superior project management skills
