About the company

This global health care brand is well known in their field of expertise covering a broad portfolio of Hospital Medical Devices. Their focus is now on expanding their footprint across the ASIAPAC market and they are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join their team.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the ASIAPAC lead, you will enhance Salesforce effectiveness capabilities, lead change management functions, oversee pricing analytics & rebate programs, oversee regional sales incentive programs, collaborate with divisional leaders to create a superior training regime and partner with local market Sales Operations teams to promote process improvement & best practise. You will also manage the activities of a Commercial Analyst.

Skills and Experience

  • Healthcare industry experience essential. Medical Devices exp advantageous

  • Demonstrated commercial & financial acumen

  • Demonstrated pricing analytics experience

  • Proven SFE analytics capabilities

  • Superior business partnering capabilities

  • Exhibited SAP & Salesforce.com experience

  • Superior organisational skills

  • People management experience advantageous

  • Passion for process improvement & the promotion of best practise

  • Superior project management skills
