About the opportunity: A 12 month fixed term contract to support the Commercial team. You will maintain customer information, deals, and pricing in CRM and SAP systems, as well as with wholesalers. You will act as a liaison with the Sales Force team for customer setup requests and information changes, including calculations for free stock, incentives, and promotions. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, particularly Key Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Business Excellence teams.
Duties:
Customer setup and ongoing maintenance
Maintain customer contracts and ensuring alignment
Calculate and manage free stock and new product allocations
Handle customer sign-on and annual payments
Manage customer product pricing and promotional deals
Set up promotional campaigns in Veeva
Manage Helpdesk tickets, address customer enquiries, and escalate issues as needed
Ad hoc analysis & reporting as required
Skills and Experience:
Strong Excel & MS Office skills
Experience working with large datasets from different sources
Strong ability to triage and prioritise tasks
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
