About the opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, as the Clinical Specialist you will be responsible for sales and clinical training and support activities across the VIC and other territories.


Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training, product troubleshooting and support to various groups

• Work alongside Sales Representatives to support the clinical use of Medical products and troubleshoot product-related issues

• Establish relationships and build confidence among lab staff, physicians, Sales Representatives, and customers

• Assist with determining events/incidents that require notification to regulatory authorities

• Provide information on new technologies, procedures and changes in the medical device industry

Skills & Experience required

• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.

• Hands-on medical experience

• Education and clinical experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse, Certified Cardiovascular, Interventional Radiology or similar
