About the Specialist Clinic

The sites conveniently located in busy business district hubs on the North. This is a full-time role.
Your Role
Progress your career as a practice manager covering 2 busy sites . The overall success of the clinics as a key decision maker within the larger business. Combine your operational, financial and people management capabilities.
Continue the company's excellent reputation in Sydney's Northern suburbs at one of their largest and very well-established practices.
Further develop the multidisciplinary team. Ensure a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide a high level of customer service through responding to patient feedback and ensuring all visitors have an exceptional experience with the practices. Oversee the management of rosters, training of new staff, be heavily involved in promoting the brand and ongoing projects to improve the patient experience.
Skills and Experience
- Proposing avenues for business strategy and demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Management experience in a general practice, specialist clinic or medical centre is a must.
- A professional manner with respectful, honest and empathetic communication.
- Previous success in a GP Practice, Specialist Clinic, Imaging Services, Day Surgery ideal
