About the Clinic  
This Private Practce clinic is a leading cardiology clinic in Victoria.  They have built a reputation for providing exceptional patient care.  The clinic is also known for helping doctors to further develope their skills, within their sub specialty interst.  A  vacancy has become avaialble for an Imaging Cardiologist to work along side a team of itnerventional cardiologist.  The Clinic is well resourced and supported by friendly staff that have worked with the clinic for many years.  

The Position   
You will be responsible for the interpretation and reporting of echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and report echo cardiograms, stress echo cardiograms
  • Communicate with referring physicians and provide cardiology consults  
  • Participate in the development and implementation of imaging protocols and procedures.
  • Work with the clinic's technical staff to ensure the highest quality of imaging and patient care.
  • Collectively work with the team to provide the best possible patient care  
Requirements:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in cardiology and echocardiography.
  • Up to date Indemnity Insurance to work in Private Practice 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in echocardiography and other cardiac imaging modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No restrictions on being able to bill and claim on Medicare
