The Clinic 

The practice, specialises in providing comprehensive cardiac care to patients. The centre is staffed by a team of highly trained cardiologists, cardiac nurses, and support staff who work together to provide a range of services, including diagnostic testing, medical management, and interventional procedures such as angioplasty and stenting. Job Description:

As a Cardiologist , you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiovascular care to patients with a range of cardiac conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, interpreting test results, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care and management to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac diagnostic tests such as echocardiography, stress testing, and cardiac catheterization 
  • Provide ongoing care and management to patients, including follow-up appointments, medication management, and lifestyle counselling.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and other physicians, to provide coordinated care to patients.
Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent
  • Specialist AHPRA registration  
  • Demonstrated expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions
  • Experience with interventional cardiology procedures, including angioplasty and stenting, (For interventional Cardiologist) 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
