The Vacancy  

A newly created Clinical Application Specialist vacancy has become available. This role allows you the flexibility to work from home and in the office. Travel to client sites will be required. 

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  2. Enable successful roll-out of image management and reporting solutions to customer end-users through training and health checks.
  3. Provide clinical application support during go-lives to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
  4. Promote and drive product adoption and work flow improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  5. Perform pre-sales demonstrations and provide subject matter expertise (SME) support for competitive sales submissions.
  6. Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen customer relationships, and identify customer advocates.
  7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  8. Maintain regular communication with customers to monitor adoption trends, sentiment, and engagement levels.
  9. Identify opportunities for customers to act as advocates through testimonials and case studies.
  10. Travel to current or prospective customer sites,  trade shows, and symposia as needed to perform presentations, training, and gather customer feedback.
  11. Adhere to Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
  12. Work in accordance with Change Healthcare Imaging Australia Quality Standards.
  13. Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  14. Comply with Change Healthcare Corporate Policy and maintain professional ethics.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as a sonographer or radiographer or cardiac physiologist 
  2. Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-ray.
  3. Ability to interpret and analyse advanced visualisation software.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Ability to work remotely and independently, demonstrating adaptability and a can-do attitude.
  6. Strong consultative-style approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  7. Flexibility to travel domestically for customer visits, presentations, and training sessions.
  8. Familiarity with a wide variety of testing modalities and clinical workflows.
