The Clinic 
The clinic is a cardio vascular practice with cardiologists that have sub specialty interest in intervention and non invasive cardio vascular techniques.  The clinic has a strong GP referral network.  The exciting thing about this progressive clinic, is that the practice is expanding. 


Position Overview: 

A newly created position has become available for a cardiac sonographer to join the team.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain high-quality images of the heart, blood vessels, and related structures.
• Perform Echo, TTE, Stress Echos 
• Use GE machines 
• Work towards 30 and 40 minute appointments 
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide high quality patient care 

Qualifications:

• Accreditation with the Australasian Sonographers Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
• Grad Dip in Cardiac Sonography 
• Degree in Medical Science or similar discipline
