The Position 
This clinic is a leading cardiac diagnostic and consulting practice servicing the Northern Beaches region. The team of cardiologists, sonographers, and cardiac technicians provide high-quality, patient-focused cardiac care across multiple locations, including Northern Beaches Hospital and Mona Vale.
The Role is seeking a Cardiac Technician to provide coverage across Northern Beaches during September and October. This role will involve performing a wide range of non-invasive cardiac investigations and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services across sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrocardiograms (ECGs) with accurate recording and reporting.
• Conduct Holter monitor and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), including patient preparation, device setup, data retrieval, and analysis.
• Administer and supervise exercise stress tests, ensuring patient safety and accurate data collection.
• Perform and assist in stress echocardiography and transthoracic echocardiography as required.
• Ensure patient comfort, care, and confidentiality throughout all diagnostic procedures

• October 3 – Northern Beaches Hospital (9:00am–3:30pm, may finish earlier)
• October 9 – Mona Vale (9:00am–3:30pm)
• October 10 – Northern Beaches Hospital (9:00am–3:30pm, may finish earlier)
• October 14 – Northern Beaches Hospital (9:00am–3:30pm)
• October 21 – Northern Beaches Hospital (9:00am–3:30pm)
• October 23 – Mona Vale (9:00am–3:30pm)
• October 24 – Northern Beaches Hospital (9:00am–3:30pm,

Requirements  

• Advanced trainee or nurse with an interest in cardiology  
• Strong organisational skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient care
• ASAR - advanced trainee .
