The Company:
This global health care brand is well known in their field of expertise covering a broad portfolio of Hospital Medical Devices. Their focus is now on expanding their footprint across the ASIAPAC market and they have created a new division to aid in that growth.
The Role:
Reporting to the Country General Manager, you will be responsible for establishing this CPP portfolio's footprint into the ANZ market.You will manage the strategic direction to deliver profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop the strategic road map to achieve sales targets
Highlight growth opportunities via in-depth analysis of ANZ market
Establish pricing frameworks
Manage division's day to day operations
Oversee quoting/tenders/contract management/CX
Partner with manufacturing partners to ensure customer requirements are met
Your Skills & Background:
Tertiary qualifications in Business/Science/Healthcare
Leadership experience in the Healthcare CPP market
Proven Sales & Account Management expertise
Proven leadership capabilities
Superior analytical skills
Superior Commercial & financial acumen
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams
