Lead the team of Business Intelligence Analysts. Ensure they are facilitating key, strategic decision making through their analysis and insight generations. Identify opportunities, risks and drive operational excellence. Engage and inspire your team and your business partners throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach and develop the team of Business Intelligence Analysts
• Lead the strategic and operational business planning
• Manage and deliver a pipeline of actionable, data-driven insights
• Stakeholder management and engagement on BI initiatives and drive effective development of BI capability and data acumen
• Vendor Management

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Science, Finance, Marketing or related fields
• 5+ years Pharmaceutical industry experience
• People leadership experience is essential
• Advanced Excel skills incl complex models
