About the opportunity
Part of a new national team build, our client is seeking an commercially oriented and strategic Business Development Manager to drive and secure business opportunities across WA's retail pharmacy and pharmacy banner market.
In this position, you will design and implement comprehensive account plans aligned with functional objectives to lead business acquisitions and customer on-boarding activities. You will collaborate internally and comply to support product launch successes.

Skills and Experience Required
- Understanding of Australia's pharmacy channel and banner groups
- Proven sales experience in complex B2B sales environments
- Understanding and application of acquisitions and B2B negotiations
- Commercial experience in Australia’s generics pharmaceutical market
- Strong business acumen and ability to build account plans
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field,, preferred
