About the opportunity This permanent role will report to the CEO and support a comprehensive range of administrative activities across several areas including operations, finance, sales & marketing. The role will also include a range of projects and responsibilities depending on your background. The scope of the role is broad, varied, fast paced and at times ambiguous.
EA support to CEO and management team
Diary and calendar management
Book and coordinate travel requirements
Support to sales and marketing function with the organisation of internal and external company events
Create purchase orders, invoices
Process expenses and some reporting
Ad hoc project work
Skills and Experience
Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Dependable, highly organized, and very detail oriented
Take initiative, ability to problem solve as well as ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects/ tasks at any given time
Considerate, honest with high personal integrity
Proficient computer skills
