About the opportunity
This permanent role will report to the CEO and support a comprehensive range of administrative activities across several areas including operations, finance, sales & marketing. The role will also include a range of projects and responsibilities depending on your background. The scope of the role is broad, varied, fast paced and at times ambiguous.

Duties
  • EA support to CEO and management team
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Book and coordinate travel requirements
  • Support to sales and marketing function with the organisation of internal and external company events
  • Create purchase orders, invoices
  • Process expenses and some reporting
  • Ad hoc project work
Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dependable, highly organized, and very detail oriented
  • Take initiative, ability to problem solve as well as ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects/ tasks at any given time
  • Considerate, honest with high personal integrity
  • Proficient computer skills
