About the company Work for a global organisation committed to developing and commercialising innovative and long-acting medicines for the treatment of severe and chronic conditions, including opioid dependence, pain, cancer and endocrine disorders.
About the opportunity Reporting directly into the General Manager ANZ, you will provide administrative support cross functionally to internal stakeholders of the business, whilst interacting with external stakeholders. This is a small team which will give great exposure to the various business units, working closely with the commercial and medical teams.
Duties
Assist cross functional teams in organisation of internal and external meetings, conferences and events including organisation of travel and accommodation
Support sales teams with documentation and reporting
Analyse & manage stock levels, liaise with couriers and assist with filing, archiving and printing
Develop and maintain promotional/marketing material
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to internal teams & stakeholders where required
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business or Life Science related discipline.
Administration experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Medical
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & ideally SharePoint
Flexible and able to prioritise tasks
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with the business
