About the opportunity
This role sits within the Finance & Operations team and will predominantly focus responsibilities related to credit management, financial accounting as well as order processing and client care. My client are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a strong appetite to excel.

Duties
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Updating daily receivables summary - implementing the action plan to minimise overdue receivables and collect receivables by due date
  • Monthly account statement review and reconciliations with key accounts
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations including deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, fixed assets.
  • Processing of orders
  • Responding to customer/client enquiries and complaints. Liaising with logistics, delivery, and sales teams to identify the root cause of the problem. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, escalating the problem to managers or responding to customers.
  • Taking ownership of the credit card processing system, reconciling the cash in transit account and troubleshooting payment processing issues on a timely basis

About you
  • Experience in credit management (including AR officer, customer/client care, order processing or debt collection) is an essential requirement.
  • Financial accounting (or bookkeeping) experience
  • A self-starter with a can-do approach and a positive attitude
  • Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic, agile, result oriented, friendly environment
