About the opportunity

HPG have partnered exclusively with this ground-breaking healthcare organisation to identify a high calibre candidate for this newly created role of Associate Director, Marketing.

Reporting into ANZ's Marketing Director, you will strategize and implement marketing business plans, whilst working externally with various international colleagues and local government groups and agencies, to enhance and commercialize the organisation’s vaccine portfolio.


Responsibilities:
 

• Marketing Strategy & Execution - you will develop and implement strategic plans to support and drive growth
• Promote impactful sales implementation, through contracts and tenders, in a multi-channel environment
• Forecasting and Budgeting - with P&L responsibility you will manage spend-in line with the agreed budget
• Partner and effectively manage various customer channels; Government, Community, Suppliers
• Actively lead strategic projects and ‘roll up the sleeves’ where required

Proven Skills and Experience:
 

• Demonstrated tenure / experience / proven track record in commercialising pharmaceutical products, vaccines is highly preferred
• Results driven - your activity is focused on achieving positive patient and financial outcomes
• Strong commercial aptitude, including negotiations skills, ideally within vaccines 
• Healthcare Government Tender submissions experience, aligned to vaccines is ideal
• Excellent understanding of vaccine market and customer channels/network
• Superior skills in stakeholder management at all levels
• Tertiary Qualification (Health related, Science and/or Business), preferred
