About the opportunity

Seeking a passionate and eager Clinical Applications Specialist to join the team due to internal promotion. This role will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting instruments, reagents, software, and services within Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostic specialities. With the customer base including laboratories, clinicians, pathologists, scientists, and doctors, across NSW & ACT.



Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
• Product & application support face to face and via telephone
• Participating in local User Group Meetings and workshops
• Conduct training sessions & demonstrations
• Lead software installation projects
• Liaising with our global support team
• Educate on the use & clinical benefits of the products
• Effectively assimilate clinical and technical information

Skills and Experience

• Previous Laboratory experience in Hospital/Path lab essential
• Superior communications skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Microbiology or Medical Science is required
• Proven ability to develop & maintain relationships
• Solid problem solving skills
