About the opportunity

In this multi-faceted role, you will provide crucial clinical applications and technical support for our client's advanced diagnostic products across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage pre-sales evaluations, post-sales implementations, and offer comprehensive training and technical assistance to customers. 


Duties

  • Travel throughout Australia and New Zealand to provide technical support for hardware and applications

  • Support pre- and post-sales clinical evaluations and implementations

  • Provide direct and phone-based technical support and training

  • Conduct lab studies and prepare evaluation reports

  • Collaborate with regional and corporate support teams

  • Assist with systems demo and validation

  • Execute preventive maintenance

  • Deliver comprehensive operator training for clinical products

  • Support MASA evaluations and customer training

  • Provide technical information to the sales team


Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in Clinical Applications or Biomedical Engineering within the healthcare industry is required.

  • Clinical laboratory or POCT experience is preferred.

  • Technical capabilities with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Ability to install, test, validate and train users.

  • Experience in maintaining and documenting compliance.

  • Ability to build and develop SOP's.

  • Ability to travel interstate and internationally.
