About the opportunity
In this role you will be a key administrative support to Medical Directors and HR Director. You will be confident in diary & calendar management for senior stakeholders along with coordinating travel, meetings, symposiums and presentations on behalf of the team. This role is looking for someone pro-active, resilient and flexible in your approach.

Duties

  • Diary & calendar management for Human Resource Director & Medical Directors
  • Manage expenses, credit cards, booking travel for international executive & local leaders
  • Responsible for purchase orders, invoices, payments and vendor management
  • Coordinate internal & external events
  • Subject matter expert for Document Control & Information Management, providing training for cataloguing, policy review and archiving
  • Coordinate and scheduling interviews for candidates
  • Stock management of department supplies
  • Point of contact for the department with regard to systems queries, training, upgrades etc
Skills and Experience
  • Must be confident in diary & calendar management
  • Previous exposure to an administration/coordination role
  • Previously managed expenses and purchase orders
  • Able to bring new ideas/ process improvements
  • Systems oriented incl proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to change manage
