About the opportunity
Responsible for accounts payable & procurement, travel and expense management for the Australia & New Zealand legal entities. Drive projects within AP and procurement to improve processes and create new, more efficient ways of working.

Duties

• Identify & project manage process improvements across AP & procurement
• Process invoices, payment runs
• Manage and resolve vendor queries
• Manage queries from internal stakeholders
• Process employees expenses
• Super user for the Master Data system, providing training as needed
• Support month-end closing and reporting process
• Ad hoc projects

About you

• Experience working in a full function Accounts Payable role
• Able to demonstrate examples of managing projects to improve processes and create new, more efficient ways of working within AP/ procurement
• Proven ability to analyse problems and find solutions
• Influence and build relationships across an organisation
