About the company:

Their portfolios are expanding with multiple launches in the pipeline and their reliable supply chain enhanced their ability to deliver to their customers during COVID.

Covering South West Sydney & ACT, you will be responsible for generating sales across the surgical portfolio and expanding business opportunities initially within the Operating Theatre environment with additional channels opening up along with product launches. Work within a close team environment where employee engagement is a core value.



Duties:

  • Drive sales of customised procedure packs and surgical consumables within private & public hospitals

  • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities

  • Provide a leading service to customers

  • Provide input in tenders & contract processes

  • Build relationships with KOLs, surgeons, nursing staff and allied customers





Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated Healthcare sales experience

  • Exposure to Australian Private/Public Hospital system

  • Surgical sales experience adv.

  • Customer centric approach

  • Solutions focused sales approach

  • Superior commercial & financial acumen

  • Displayed expertise partnering with cross functional stakeholders
