About the opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, as the Account Manager in Life Sciences you will be responsible for driving the sales across the VIC East territory. You will be responsible for increasing sales penetration across the key accounts, developing Key Opinion Leader networks, and managing your budgets.
Responsibilities includes
- Development and effective management of key accounts and key opinion leaders
- Increase sales and brand awareness within existing and new customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Victoria
- Co-ordinate and participate in product trials and ensure appropriate liaison and follow ups with customers
- Organise and participate in trade exhibitions and sales meetings
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Science, or Life Science research
- Research +/or Laboratory experience
- Proven track record of territory sales experience
- Experience promoting a life sciences portfolio
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and organisational skills
