An exciting opportunity exists for a capital equipment Account Manager to join a high-performing National Team in NSW/ACT, with a company at the forefront of hospital-based medication management. In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships and growing market share within public and private hospital networks. You'll promote a portfolio of high-value infusion and medication dispensing systems across high-acuity clinical areas, including Operating Theatres, Intensive Care Units, and Emergency Departments. This role suits a commercially astute sales professional who thrives in long sales cycles and capital environments. Your ability to navigate stakeholders from nursing staff through to C-suite decision-makers will be key to your success.
The successful candidate will display:
Proven capital equipment or healthcare sales experience in hospitals
Strong understanding of the NSW & ACT healthcare landscape
Familiarity with sales into critical care environments such as OR, ICU, ED
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and tender processes
Track record of influencing multidisciplinary stakeholders at all levels
Competency with CRM systems and ability to manage a structured sales funnel
Self-motivated with strong planning, territory management, and commercial skills
Full Australian driver's licence
Tertiary qualifications in a science, nursing, or business discipline preferred
